Meerut has supplied sports equipment to legends - from Virat Kohli to Sourav Ganguly, for decades. It is one of Asia's largest exporters of sports goods, a city where craftsmanship runs in the bloodline of every workshop and factory. It was here, surrounded by that legacy of excellence, that Leeway Fitness was born.
What started as a modest operation, sourcing and delivering a handful of products to local buyers, steadily grew as word spread. The reason was simple: uncompromising quality at honest prices. Home gym owners came first. Then commercial gym owners followed. Then traders across Delhi NCR began placing bulk orders. The balance sheet told the story that the marketing never had to.

Pawan Chaudhary didn't inherit a fitness empire. He built one from scratch- driven by a conviction that Indian consumers deserved far better than the overpriced imports and flimsy local alternatives that dominated the market.
Starting with limited resources in Meerut's fiercely competitive sports manufacturing ecosystem, Pawan focused on what mattered most: product quality, customer relationships, and operational discipline. While others chased flashy marketing, he invested in raw material sourcing, manufacturing process upgrades, and building systems for trouble-free order dispatch, whether the order was a single pair of dumbbells or a full commercial gym setup.
His strategy was deliberate. Rather than expanding fast and thin, Pawan grew the brand organically, letting product quality and customer satisfaction speak louder than advertising. He personally ensured that every quality complaint was treated as a product development opportunity rather than a support ticket. Every repeat customer, every five-star review, every referral was earned the hard way.
That approach transformed Leeway from a small local operation into a pan-India brand. Today, Pawan continues to personally oversee quality checks, product development, and customer feedback loops, ensuring the founding standard never dilutes, no matter how large the operation grows.
