One-Arm Dumbbell Row – This is a compound exercise, generally this exercise targeting back and arms. Grasp a dumbbell, pull it to your side while squeezing your back muscles, then lower. Repeat for each arm. Strengthen and define your back!

For doing this exercise first of all Lying on a flat bench, hold dumbbells at shoulder level and press them upward until arms are fully extended. Then Lower slowly to the starting position. This Exercise improves upper body strength, stability, and muscle tone.
